I am certified nutritionist from ACE and here wants to discuss 10 easy steps where you can make your life diabetic free without medicines , So let's start
First we need to understand the basics, unfortunately we are surrounded with diabetic and BP patients all around . If we can cure it without medicines it will help our loved ones because regular intake of medicines will harm their kidney, liver and what not , and still after some time it will not cure and keep on increasing as the medicine won't be effective for the long time .
Next visit to a doctor , he will increase the doses and the body keep on suffering so what's the solution.
Here are the steps to cure diabetes:-
1:- Start your day with Ginger and tulsi - After you wake up in the morning (between 5-6 am, make it a daily habit ) mix 8-10 leaves of Tulsi and nail size ginger , chew it for some time and let the juice flow inside. This process will help the pancreas to get active and simultaneously, the insulin will shoot and help the sugar to be absorbed by the cells present.
2 :- Take 2 glass of lukewarm water :- After 10 -20 mins take 2 glass of lukewarm water ,if you are not habitual start with one glass and gradually increase it to two . Again this process will be able to maintain your hydration level and the body will try to remove the excess sugar present in the bloodstreams and also controls the BP.
3:- Exercise for 20 mins :- See again we have to understand this mechanism , Generally people with diabetes have low metabolism, so in order to increase it we need to rate up the metabolism and the exercises are :-
a:- Walk fast with long feet for 5-7 mins.
b:- Forward bending and backward bending 50 times.
c:- Full arm circles 50-80 times.
d:- Side kick slow or fast it depends 30 each leg.
e:- Free hand Boxing 100 times each hand.
4:- Sprout with Salad :- This is called NO Breakfast . Mix sprouts with fresh salad and make 1 full plate , Still if you feel the craving have 1 chapati with fresh green vegetable . Don't have milk, tea, coffee in the breakfast.
5:- Replace your normal tea with Hunza tea : Take a cup of water , Add ginger , tulsi, Dalchini (Cinnamon), Small elaichi (cardamom) and Lemon , Don't add any artificial sweeter . This is one of the best cure for diabetes people. So just don't miss it.
6:- Add Coconut Water in the diet :- Coconut water have tremendous benefits so in this process. Try to have it any time in the morning.
7:- Have +500 gm Fruits :- At least have 500 gm of mixed fruits like banana ( don't worry u can eat banana ), orange, guava, papaya , kiwi and berries in the day time .
8:- No processed foods :- Processed foods such as any type of biscuits, breads (no matter white or brown), cakes are foreign foods because of which our internal organs didn't identify them and goes in our body without any filtration .
9:- No Refined word in the dictionary:-Refined oil, refined sugar or carbs, refined flour (maida) should be immediately replaced with cold presses oils such as coconut, groundnut, mustard, remember it should be cold pressed.
Jaggery or dhaage wali mishri, coconut sugar or dates sugar could be a better option,
Multi grain wheat for breakfast or lunch.
10:- No heavy or late night dinner :- This is tough as most of us do this on the daily basis . If you are getting late in the office or as a house lady waiting for the family members , remember no one wants you to be unhealthy . Make sure you have your small meal .
The options can be :-
1 glass of Nut milk (a very healthy option in diabetes),
1 bowl of steamed vegetables,
5-7 cubes of Paneer or mushroom,
Remember guys, Don't miss your medicines as this process will take 7-10 days.
Take your sugar readings at least twice in a day and after show it to your doctor to reduce the dosage.
