Tabata
Tabata is a Japanese workout of which we can perform the full body workout in 8 minutes. It consists of total 8 workout which we have to perform with music (optional) . As already mentioned the exercise should cover every part , so the designed exercise should consists of :-
Rest for 10 seconds
Squats for 20 seconds (Leg)
Rest for 10 seconds
Hip cross over for 20 seconds (Hip)
Rest for 10 seconds
Side Bending for 20 seconds (Side abdominal)
Rest for 10 seconds
Push ups for 20 seconds (Chest and Back)
Rest for 10 seconds
Calf Raise for 20 seconds (Calf)
Rest for 10 seconds
Crunches or Reverse Crunches ( Hardcore abdominal)
Rest for 10 seconds
Shoulder press with 1 litre size 2 bottles( Shoulder)
Shoulder press with 1 litre size 2 bottles( Shoulder)
Rest for 10 seconds
You can join more family members for this group exercise. For the initial purpose you can increase the rest time but should perform it continuously . Do it for some days and let me know in the comment box about the feedback.
